 Once you submit the contact form, I’ll reach out to you via email to discuss the details of your event. After our conversation, I’ll send you a booking link to secure your date. 

Wedding coordination comes with a lot of logistics. The welcome packet includes ceremony and reception questions. This is due 6-weeks before the wedding.

We will have two coordination meetings before your wedding. One will be off-site or via phone once you book and the final meeting will be on-site one month prior.

Throughout the process we will work together on a wedding day timeline. This will include getting ready, set up, ceremony, reception, and breakdown.
